“I love been to a few nutrition shake shops in the Washington County/St. Criox County area and this plce provided good service and pricing. I appreciated the help with choosing my tea flavor and getting exactly what I was craving. The variety of flavor options and the consistency of the shake was much better than other places I’ve been near by.

“Tried the new Crispy Medi wrap and it was delicious. There's several other things I want to come back and try. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff was cleaning in their downtime which is always refreshing to see especially coming from a background working for the Health Department.“

“I have tried almost every mix available and recently had a bloody at a golf course that was amazing. When i saw it poured from a bottle i was amazed. It was Sportsman’s red neck juice. All i can say is i though it was a mad from scratch bloody. To have this amazing flavor from a mix is amazing. Now i am on the hunt to find some for home.“

“Wonderful experience here! The shop is super cute, and you can tell they really love their clientele. Chelsea was the sweetest! I was really impressed with her knowledge about the wide variety of options in both shakes and teas, along with the unique health benefits of each! On top of that they make protein shakes taste amazing. Which coming from someone who rarely has protein powder- I loved it.“

“Going to this location makes me so happy. The 2 main weekday employees are so nice and fast. I usually order ahead. They have it ready for me, know my name, and always make me feel good. It seriously puts a big smile on my face every time I go. Those two employees make the location very special.“

"Healthy" food that tastes good for a decent price. The Tea's are delicious.
The staff seems new and a little hesitant still when preparing orders, but speed comes with repetition.
