“The food was very good. We were quickly seated and were instantly asked what to drink. After making our choice we were brought our chips and salsa as well as our drinks. We decided to get the queso which was very good it had a nice thick texture with out feeling like it was still solid. I ordered the Enchiladas Cozumel. It came out fast and tasted amazing the shrimp was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with the cheese sauce that was on top“

“I stopped by last night for dinner with one particular menu item in mind… It was the pozole de puerco! I have had people in general rave about pozole and folks in the reviews were raving about it too so I wanted to give it a shot. I have actually passed by this restaurant a ton and have wanted to try the pozole but this was mostly during the summer and I am usually not craving something warm when it is hot out. However, with the cooler temperatures, something hot is just what I was needing this weekend!

You get a generous amount of pozole with two tostadas, lettuce, raw onions, avocado and some “mild” salsa. I say “mild” because it still had a good bit of heat to it! I love some tostadas and these were excellent. The pozole was hardy and they give you a fair amount of meat too. I thought it was good but it might just not be my style of soup. However, I still finished the whole bowl so there’s that. I have also been recommended the tacos here so if I am in the area again, I will probably try those next time!“

“By far one of the best Mexican food truck gems in MN!! They are consistent in generous portion sizes, great customer service, & the flavors are superior. Everything is great & you cannot make a wrong choice!!! The birria tacos, burritos, tamales, quesadillas, etc....so SO good and I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Maria is a gem of her own, & her food is something I could eat every day and never get tired of it!! It's been a blessing I work less than a mile from the food truck & the company i work for LOVES bringing business here!! We allll love it & grateful they're right next to us! They have even catered some of our work events and always request La Maria's!!!!“

“Their menu is the most diverse of Stillwater's Mexican restaurants. Friendly staff and Large portions. Their Refried beans are more flavorful than most I've tried.

Parking: Easy to find a handful of vegetarian options. Has corn and wheat tortillas interchangeable. Excellent tamales with mole.“

“Tonight, I was at Acapulco in Woodbury, I was dining with a large group we had excellent service, our server Sami was fantastic. She was super attentive even though the restaurant was very busy she still made our group a top priority. “Just came back from Mexico a week ago and came to El super taco to scratch the itch and I was extremely satisfied almost disappointed at how similar it was to actual Mexico street food. Best authentic Mexican food in the Midwest.
Doing the damn thing with the tortillas and the El pastor taco was absolutely gas. I’ll give this five booms“

Delicious tag team taco too. Love the salsa bar. Tres Leches cake wasn’t my favorite. Highly recommend a visit here.“

“The food tasted great. The price was good. I paid close to $8 for a small chicken burrito and 2 beef tacos. It's too bad I wasn't passing thru here on a Tuesday when tacos are $1.39 instead of $2.39. The employees were friendly and quick. The dining room was clean and they had some classic rock songs playing in the background music. Best fast food experience I've had lately.“
