If you've never had Ole's brisket mac and cheese, you have to try it! I get 2 meals out of his portions and it is to die for! I bought it for my boss who lives in the cities and now I have to let him know when Ole is in town so he can come down and get some! His smoked meat melts in your mouth. Definitely keep and eye out for that red food truck or contact him for catering! You will not be disappointed!
