The whole venue, the setting, decor, everything was great. Service was very friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. Luckily got in last minute on Valentine's Day, and we will absolutely be coming back to try more dishes.

A recent re-opening of a restaurant under new resort management. My spouse and I chose to spend a Tuesday evening dining at the Vue of Superior Shores. Sparse diners in evidence but a very pleasant overall experience. A hummus appetizer was full of flavor, served with thinly sliced naan bread. The next course was parsnip soup, served in a large bowl. Creamy texture but flavorful. The main course was grilled walleye sourced from Oregon, presumably farm raised. Prepared with aioli...

Our service and food were excellent from the minute we walked in to when we left. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were a bit chilly by the large windows, but we chose to sit there without thinking about it (cold MN night) and didn't have the heart to ask to move to another. Not their fault at all as I'm sure they would have moved us had we asked. Just something to keep in mind.
