Not quite what I wanted, but more than I expected. Most restaurants here serve comfort food, which is authentic for the ingredients, but not the spices that you would find elsewhere.
This is a truly authentic Mexican restaurant in a mall in northern Minnesota, where you wouldn't expect one to be. As a native Arizonan, I'm very familiar with authentic Mexican cuisine, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem near our summer home on Lake Bl Vermilion. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
This is one of my favorite places to go up here on the Iron Range. The new Flaming Fajitas are amazing. The philly cheese steak burrito is amazing too. The portions are good for the price as well.
