Starbucks Virginia, MN is inside the Target right off of Hwy 53. There is no drive-thru, and sometimes the line is long (which are my reasons for reducing a star). That being said, I've always had good service, excellent food and drinks, and zero complaints as far as the experience itself. I just hate going into Target, because I always end up spending too much time and money there! X)
Starbucks at retail locations can be hit or miss, but this one was good. I felt bad for the single staff member they had working. It was busy and she was trying to help customers while maintaining the place herself. She kept up and I didn't mind waiting a little longer. The beverage I got was made to perfection. I just hope they can get more staff so they're not torturing the staff they have.

Kid-friendliness: The target has a quick check out for kid friendly snacks right next to where the Starbucks line starts. Kids can get something from either, and it's very conveniently located!
