A friend and I went to the St Boni location to get one last mocha monkey before they left for the summer. We immediately went up to the counter to order. We waited almost 10 minutes without so much as being acknowledged. There were 3 people working there and none of them asked us to wait or anything. It also did not appear to be busy at the time.
