IHOP offers good food with great service. The place was clean and looked so much nicer. The basic Pancake food is enjoyable. Servers on the other hand, not so much. The music is just too loud, making conversation difficult. Some customers have found issues with cheese on eggs not melting properly, and butter on pancakes. While the staff can be very friendly and sweet, some service experiences have been bothersome, such as bills being presented too early or suggested gratuity being circled, which some find rude.
