I went to the Wendy's in St Cloud next to McDs and Subway. a polite and professional employee named Nicholas took my order at the front counter. wow, he is impressive!!
While eating my meal he was out in the dining room asking the guests how their meal was. He's a keeper!!!

I was hesitant to go to this Wendy’s because of the reviews but I thought this place to be pleasant. The young man in the window was friendly and smiled.

I’ve gone here multiple times when they’ve been busy and when I’ve been the only one in line. The staff are always friendly! My food has always been hot and my order correct! The service speed is a little slow, but their friendly staff make up for having to wait a little bit longer for my food.

Wendy's offers good food, with some dishes being amazing when freshly made. Service is generally friendly, with staff being on top of things. However, consistency can be an issue, with some meals differing from one visit to another. The restaurant could benefit from some cosmetic improvements, such as updating the interior. Despite this, parking is easily available, including RV spaces.
The manager went out of their way to accommodate a customer, offering an alternative drink option while a waterline was being fixed. The strawberry lemonade was amazing. Gluten-free options, such as grilled and garden salads, are available for those with dietary restrictions. The food is hot, fresh, and made to order. Customers with special requests, such as a dairy allergy, have had their needs met. While a customer was disappointed with the dried-out grilled chicken Caesar salad and small chili, the staff's passion for their work is evident. The employees are sometimes unprofessional and rude, but there have been instances of exceptional service, such as from Nora and Brooke, who were praised for their kindness and efficiency.
