Not this Wendy's(waite park,n). After a year of deciding not to order from this place, I thought id give it another shot. Verified they were open via the app before ordering. They were, so ordered in app. Got there and waited 5 mins at speak, no one greeted me. Tried calling. No answer. This place is absolutely trash.
Just sat there for 30 plus minutes they purposely waited until 11:55pm to shut off their menu light. There was us and another car behind us for over 30 minutes. They refused to take our order for over 30 minutes and then 5 minutes from closing you shut off your menu light. Absolutely horrible customer service. Normally wouldn’t leave a review but after a long concert and waiting for so long to get food I’m super annoyed. 10/10 would not recommend. Do better. 😭🤣
I went through the drive through to order. The service was horrible! He took half of our order and stopped talking to us. We pulled around to order the rest. He rolled his eyes at me and was very rude. We got home and the food was all wrong. I tried to call them to let them to complain and nobody answered the phone.

The manager went out of their way to accommodate a customer, offering an alternative drink option while a waterline was being fixed. The strawberry lemonade was amazing. Gluten-free options, such as grilled and garden salads, are available for those with dietary restrictions. The food is hot, fresh, and made to order. Customers with special requests, such as a dairy allergy, have had their needs met. While a customer was disappointed with the dried-out grilled chicken Caesar salad and small chili, the staff's passion for their work is evident. The employees are sometimes unprofessional and rude, but there have been instances of exceptional service, such as from Nora and Brooke, who were praised for their kindness and efficiency.
