3:00pm on a Thursday I ordered a GF bun deluxe burger... bun was COLD,Like refrigerator cold...burger wasn't warm enough to even start the cheese melting... plus it took a long time to get our food! No line , one other leaving as we arrived. Another disappointing Culver's

I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.

Went on sept 3rd, and Tyler has got to be one of the youngest and most professional and courteous employees I have ever the pleasure to associate with while placing my order. Give that kid a raise! He is exceptional! Traits hard to find in kids today. Keep up the good work young man.

Was told we had to hold our pepper and salt when we asked for him to just put it in the bag he stated "they'd forget it" and shoved the salt pepper and ketchup back at us. Not that holding pepper and salt is a hard thing to do the bag with our food in it would have sufficed and could not have been forgotten. This Culver's is usually great and I get the opposite experience, seems there is mutiny amongst the ranks.I recently visited Culver's and was left disappointed with my customer service experience. Despite being greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally did place my order, the staff member seemed uninterested and rushed through the process. The food took even longer to arrive, and when it did, it was not prepared correctly. I had to ask multiple times for ketchup and mustard, which were never brought to me. Overall, my experience at Culver's was frustrating and left much to be desired.
