Karen was an absolute delight! A very sweet lady. The pizza was great, can’t wait to try one of the sandwiches (that are customizable) and the cheesy bread. Everything was super fresh and great options.Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Pizza wasnt the best, Hotdog was cold to the core, bathroom was SUPER filthy and that little "patio spot" they have outside by the back stairs with the tables and chairs was EVEN WORSE with spider webs and bugs everywhere on top of that It was way too expensive im definitely never coming here again I give it a 0.5 out of 10 its way over priced for cold food with a filthy dining area and restroom ?

Service was great, I only waited 15 minutes. I got a large pizza for $15 due to their lunch special. You can’t beat it for the price. We got the pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni was very fresh. The crust was great, however the pizza was a little too salty for us. The pizza could have had a little more sauce as well. Other than that, great experience!

There’s very little pizza options in the area and we really want to love lulus. The new menu is improved and I’m very glad their crust is more like a traditional hand tossed instead of the super super thin. Good toppings, good flavor. Service has always been friendly. The one major drawback is the pizza is dry, as in, barely any sauce. Our guests agreed. Pizza should have marinara sauce! We’d love to see them make this change.

Excellent Take n Bake option, with two locations in Navarre and Excelsior. Give them a try!

The remodel is adorable and you can sit outside on the gazebo. New menu items such as Chicago dogs and flatbreads are delicious. You basically can build your own anything.

Worst pizza ever never again and no not confused somehow this place is open again. Don't know why. I was hoping they were going to be closed and a new place would go in with some good pizza

Ordered via grub hub and the receipt didn’t indicate I needed gluten free. Called the restaurant to see if the problem was on my end or theirs. Grub hubs order did not come over correctly. They quickly made me a replacement and delivered outside their delivery zone. Top notch customer service!

When I first ordered the food was really good, would have given this a 4 star. Now everytime it is worse and worse. I do no think I will be ordering again. My pizza was cold and they had tipped the box because the pizza was scrunched to one side and smashed in. Second time that has happened. Something tasted really off about it. I don't know if they forgot to add something or what but was not good....like will not be eating it. They also put any of the extras that you order in whatever container they have on hand so stuff is either smashed in there or it is too big and it gets all over. And the time for dilervery is never what they say. And they are out of stock on a lot of their stuff.

Delivery was very quick, driver was polite however... the burned pizza was unforgivable. See photo. My wife asked if the salad was appropriately sized for two adults; not even close. It was tiny and at $8, not a bargain (even in 2023). My sandwich was toasted absolutely perfect but it came naked inside a standard pizza box (not wrapped in foil or paper) so it rattled around and was disassembled upon opening the box. Honestly, who does that? My advice to management: get your act together, train your staff to care even just a little bit, don't serve burnt food. You are the only competition against the one other pizza place in town. This is a slam dunk if you just get the easy, basic stuff right.

This is my favorite local pizza. My wife is not a fan of the ricotta thing, but I think that's a Minnesota thing. This is not NY pizza, but that has been hard to find. The taste and quality of this place is excellent though. I would say to give it a try. They deliver within Mound, which is why I order often. The inside is clean if you drive there yourself and the staff is always friendly

Food tasted great - the one time I was able to successfully order. This restaurant is about 2 miles from my house and it is almost impossible to order online for delivery (direct from the merchant website AND DoorDash). There are several other Pizza delivery options in town ( Dominos, Carbone's). I really hope Lulu's fixes this, as I would love to order from them again.

The pizza is great overall. It is clear this place uses quality ingredients. It is our favorite pizza in the Lake Minnetonka area.Major compliments for the Chicago and New York styles. Easily best pizza in the area. The Detroit style is another story. It does NOT have the caramelized cheese on the edges. It is just regular crust turned upward. We’ll stick with New York and Chicago styles (it is fun to have a good Chicago style option this far out from the city). Now for the not-so-good news. Delivery has been a bit of an adventure. Ordering online results in an automated response letting you know when it will be delivered. Two out of our last three orders have had to include the dreaded “where are our pizzas” follow up call. One call response was “oops we forgot about your order but see it now” and the second call was “we only have one driver so it will get there when it gets there”. Hopefully better than room temp. I’m still waiting, as I type this. We are at an hour and a half and counting, at this point.
