I'm a Starbucks fan so came here while out of town. My drink was just like I like it. No wait in the drive thru though I did have to remind staff of my order that was pre ordered. The drive thru sign needs replaced as it is definitely damaged.

I stop at this Starbucks almost every day before work, and the majority of the staff is very nice. BUT... There is one barista at the drive thru window (I believe his name is Jerome) who is NOT a people person at ALL!!! He'll ask how my day's going, then not say a single word, hold up the card scanner in such a rude fashion, not look at me at all, and turn his back at me with the window open, and not make any conversation!! You're probably reading this thinking...
