I ordered food and drinks for my whole family. I waited quite a while, but a nice brown haired barista helped me. I haven’t seen her there in the morning before. She assured me that they were super busy, but would help me and my family go on time. Got all of my items correctly and I was on my way.
I typically have a good experience here ordering through the app. I was in a hurry and needed to use the restroom so orderd at the counter. There was no line. My oatmeal was ready in about 5 minutes. The drive through line was busy but very few customers at the counter during my visit. After 15 minutes of waiting for my drink I asked if the wait is typically this long.
