We did a bulk order and they were so easy to work with! They went above and beyond to verify our receipts orders were received, ship those not in range for delivery, coordinate a personalized message to go along with each drop-off/ shipment and overall they had excellent communications throughout the process. They let us know when cookies would be delivered and shipped. Highly recommend working with Tank Goodness! We will be for future orders. :)

These cookies are so delicious! They arrived warm and oh so ooey gooey! I didn’t know who sent them to me, and the person I talked to was super helpful and let me know! Great cookies and service. Yum! 😋

Placed an order a week in advance to send my wife a surprise for CRNA week. Told her something was coming as I was out of town. 20 mins before it was supposed to arrive I got a message that it was canceled. No reason, just dropped the order at the last min, too late for me to come up with a backup plan. Very poor service.

Our company has ordered from Tank Goodness for several years and had good luck. I ordered 7 dozen cookies for an event and we found out 1/2 hour before the event they would not be doing the cookies. We are left with a gathering and no treat. Why would they wait until 30 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered to let us know. Very disappointed! Come to find out it was Bite Squad that mess up again and Bite Squads resolution is 'Oh well, we are sorry.'
