The best Sushi buffet in Minnesota. While I do like that Kyoto/Akita have all you can eat grilled shrimp, this place has more good dishes in the end.

Hands down my favorite AYCE sushi restaurant, so much so that my husband and I visit for lunch REGULARLY. The salmon nigiri is our favorite - the fish is fresh, and unlike other restaurants, it isn't sitting on top of a baseball-size piece of rice. Such a game changer! The food is consistently good and the staff works so hard. We'll keep coming back - thank you all!
