I have never in my 40 years experience the level of incompetence and lack of customer customer service as I did today at the White Bear Lake location. I will never go back to Culver’s again and this is from a fan. Shame on the manager and shame on this company. Try better, do better.
Do better Culver’s. Just sat in the drive thru wait area for 20 minutes minimum for a liquified, mini concrete mixer. If you’re having problems with the machines tell people when they order. Especially if all they’re ordering is dessert. Staff your machines with a dedicated person to do desserts.
This should not be difficult.
I counted 4 people in drive thru when I paid tonight.
