My mother paid $16 for (2) Bismarck’s (2) danish and (2) chocolate covered donuts. That’s about $4 each 😳. I think that’s a bit steep for bakery goods… the worst part was everything was stale; at least a day or two old! I don’t think my mom will go back, I recommend you don’t either!

Not sure what happened to Grandma but she ain't what she used to be. Placed a special order on Friday the 1st of Nov. was told it would be ready Monday at 7:00 AM , after driving the 35 minutes from New Richmond Wi to the Maplewood location I was told that they didn't do my order WHAT? Not only that but a bakery that opens at 7:00 am but doesn't have a single doughnut in the case has bigger problems then not fulfilling special orders :(

Terrible experience. I had ordered a cake a few weeks prior to my son's birthday. Pick up was at 10 am on sunday. I got there at 11 am and the store was CLOSED!!!! No one answering phones and multiple people outside waiting to get to their cakes. Very disappointed and will never be ordering from there again. And unfortunately this is the second time I have had a bad experience.

Very unprofessional to post a “Closed for the day” sign on your entry door. I expect something like this from Walmart not your factory bakery. Thanks for making drive here for absolutely nothing.
There is a new owner who got rid of a lot of bakery items. The new owner even got rid of Long John donuts! Not as much of a selection, and out of many items as well. Thought I would try again after posting this a while back, worse than before...no cupcakes at all, maybe 30 donuts total.

This bakery shop switched ownership sometime ago (I found out from the clerk) and is no longer the same as it used to be. Stopped in there a few days ago, and they had half of the bakery items in the glass cases that they used two years ago. So years ago, the glass cases would be filled with all sorts of different kinds of donuts and pastries, but this is no longer the case, and they no longer have my favorite donut! Buttercrunch. Just not the same ?
