My husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop in. We were on a time crunch so we ordered some easy stuff such as finger foods and fried rice. I was in the mood for something beefy but wasn't really in the mood for pho or anything soupy so I ordered the beef bulgogi instead. The food took a while to be served but the server was pretty cool so we didn't mind. When we got our food, the finger food was pretty good. The spicy fried chicken we ordered was good. Everything about this place is awesome. I've been there a few times now and the food, particularly the sushi, is the BEST around!! They have a ghost pepper roll that is out of this world! HIGHLY recommend them!!

King's City Chinese and Sushi is a cozy, family-owned restaurant that offers a variety of Asian dishes with good flavor and large portions. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious, providing a comfortable sit-down place. Known for its cream cheese wontons, made fresh daily, and the generous sesame entree, the restaurant also serves top-notch sushi. While there was a mention of a bitter uni experience, many diners find the food absolutely delicious. The fried rice, in particular, is noted for being simple yet tasty, and the Laab chicken wings are considered the favorite wings in MN by some customers. Oysters are a popular choice, but diners should be ready for some spice. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very polite. Jagger is often recommended for his helpful suggestions. Customers appreciate the quick service and the staff's ability to correct mistakes, making it a reliable spot for takeout. The owner is well-regarded in the community for supporting charitable efforts, and the restaurant has reasonable pricing and good portions, making it a favorite for many. Some visitors enjoy the cool decorations, like a sword on display and a lucky cat waving at the entrance. It is suggested to bring a sweater, as the restaurant can be a little chilly.
