The restaurant and dining experience were fantastic. Heather was wonderful for service. We had beet salad, bread, halibut, and chocolate cake - one of the best meals of the year. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

The meal was so delicious, and the waitress was kind and friendly, but a few details were off that skewed my overall experience. The reservation and ordering process is a little cumbersome, as you have to chose what you want to eat ahead of time...and then there were several mix-ups with our order. We got extra's of things we didn't order, and then didn't get things we did order! And since it's just one person doing the cooking, it's not like they can just refire things or come up with extra desserts. What you get is what you get! There were also lots of little fruit flies flying around, which I know is just the bane of every restaurants existence in the summer, but still - having to constantly swat flies away during what is supposed to be an upscale dining experience isn't enjoyable. The Anchor Coffee shop is a really cute and cozy space, but I think maybe having some quiet background music going would help the overall vibe, since there were just a few other couples eating on the night I was there and it felt library-quiet - the kind of quiet where you don't really want to speak since you're hyper-aware everyone in the room can hear you. Overall, if you're willing to be be mindful that this is a small operation, and can stay flexible with menu changes, etc. you'll probably have a delicious meal. It's also nice that you can BYO wine, beer, etc.

This was my first time and it won’t be the last. Thank you for a spectacular dinner last Saturday night. A few of my neighbors and I had a great time. Hopefully we can bring more people next time.

My parents hosted a private party and hired Margaux’s Table for catering services. Food was incredible, lovely staff, and logistically everything was very smooth. A great experience!

Crawfish Stuffed Peterson Farms Filet Mignon with Crawfish Bordelaise SauceServed with Parsley Buttered New Potatoes Was absolutely amazing! Peggy browned beef bones and then simmered them for days. She then reduced to the sauce used for the fillet

Your never rushed at Margaux’s. I just can’t say enough about this little diamond. One of my favorite places.

The organization has done an admirable job dealing with this difficult time. They started pick up food within a week of the first shutdown, and have kept up great gourmet food and service. We are so happy to use their personable services!.
