My wife and I had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary on the Rooftop at Rudy's. Very good food and drinks. I had the Cubano sandwich which was one of the best Cubanos I've ever had. My wife and I did have Rudy's signature drink, Rudy Tini, and although we typically just enjoy beer, this was a very refreshing change. We would highly recommend Rudy's!
I was excited to see avocado toast on the menu and that's what I ordered. I was greatly disappointed. The shrimp on top of the avocado was very good. The toast was extremely hard. The avocado did not taste like avocado at all. It was terrible and salty. The heap of sprouts in the middle was dry and tasteless. My past experiences at Rudy's were wonderful and this was awful.
The food at Rudy's is very good. The atmosphere is nice, the red walls make it feel like a supper club. When it's busy it's very noisy, it would be nice if they added something to absorb the noise. We went last night for my husband‘s birthday, he was looking forward to a Ruditini drink. It was alright. It seemed that the AC wasn't working, it was very hot in there. I wish something was mentioned to us about this. Being informed about an issue always eases...
