They never failed on my drinks. They made this for me last weekend and it’s been my favorite. Thank u 🙏 baristas for working hard

This starbucks is typically great and I've never had an issue in the years I've come here, but the last 2 months, their drive thru has been running horrible. This is a frequent issue where I have been the only car when I arrive, my order will ne taken, 2 people came after me. Their orders get taken, I pay for my drink. 2 more people come and their orders are taken, drive thru is now backed up and no more orders can be taken...my drink sits on the counter for 5 minutes or isnt even started until 5 other cards got their orders taken. It's been regularly taking at least 10-15 minutes for the drive thru every time I go, unless it's really early in the morning pre 6am.
I know it's likely staffing issues or something but I really think there is a better way to run and manage the drive thru. I love this starbucks and it's just been miserable trying to go there if youre in a time crunch. Give yourself at least 20-30 extra minutes if you want to get coffee before going anywhere.

All is well, but why the workers why they do not use disposable gloves and when closing the lid of the glass?
Their drive thru takes an especially long time… don’t come if your in a rush
I was there today I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. My drink was not warm. Enough and I ended up getting sick cuz my drink did not get stirred.
Poor service. I ordered a custom refreshment drink, asked for no ice. They gave me a drink thats half full. I asked to make it full so they added more lemonade to it. As a result, the drink wasnt mixed well and didnt have the same consistency that I usually like. I asked for more soy milk, so they gave me a half cup of milk lol. So i ended up standing there and mixing my drink by myself… and thats after paying 7 bucks with tips. Thanks, Starbucks.

I’ve been popping in to this Starbucks for a few years, but avoid it if another one is on my way where I’m headed. They are by far the slowest staff of any Starbucks I’ve been to across the country, on top of that they’re just unfriendly and dismissive. Whatever it is about this location, that’s the type of people they hire. Go to the one on 96 and Centerville.

We sat in line for over 40 minutes and there was no extra lane to escape. I was trapped. Ridiculous! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Always get my order wrong, get our size wrong. Literally as ALWAYS! Taste horrible

7 people are working only like 2 people in drive thru and 2 in store tell me why they don't have a simple 2 drink order ready with this many people it's ridiculous hey I love waiting 2o minutes why they stand there and do practically nothing it's not that hard

Ordered coffee in drivethrough. Lid popped off while bringing coffee into my car, burning my hands and spilling over seat. Barista insisted it was my fault and did nothing to help. Finally offered a few napkins. I've gotten coffee in drive-throughs for decades, first time this has happened. Was told Starbucks just started using a new design for lids and this has been happening to other people.
