I have lived close to the square for many years. The patio and restaurant have good vibes.

Over the years the management has changed and the team has changed yet the one constant is the service is mediocre and the food is good. The servers are poorly trained and have too large of sections. It is a turn and burn environment. This restaurant is not focused on hospitality.

What great service on the beautiful patio tonight! Emily was incredibly patient and professional with our indecisive group. She even brought me an extra salad dressing with my to-go box because she knew I was taking it for lunch the next day. Washington Square never disappoints!

I ate inside for a late lunch, ordered the blue cheese burger and fries. I asked for no onion and the burger to be cooked medium. I got fried onions and a raw onion on a well done burger. Really disappointed with the food, especially for the price.
