I know you had so many costumers but the way my family was treated said a lot, every time we come we are treated like we don’t belong, this is my wife favorite restaurant, and we asked for the sirloin to be medium well and it was completely well done, completely disappointing
I have never set foot inside again after the disrespect I and my frail and elderly father-in-law (both veterans) received. Remember, what goes around - comes around. Who are you to tell anyone what they can or cannot order from your menu? Arrogant is what you are, and I even tried to reason with you - waste of time. If you won't make exceptions or listen to reason, why should we when it comes to our review? We've been angry about it for two years but didn't even leave a review...read full review
How the staff treated my friends dad!!
"We took my 92-year-old, Navy Korean War Veteran Dad to Duffy's in Windom to meet with one of his nieces from Colorado. Dad was eating like a bird by that time - he was very old and very frail and it was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL for him to chew his food. It had to be cut into tiny pieces in order for him to be able to swallow it. I tried to order food from off the Children's Menu for my dad. THE WAITRESS WOULD NOT ALLOW IT!...read full review
