I stopped in for a drink and saw they had a salad bar. I wasn't hungry but asked about a bowl of soup. $3 later, I had an excellent bowl of beef vegetable soup! The rest of the salad bar looked very fine.
Traveling through Winona we searched for food and the Black Horse Bar & Grill came up over 4 stars and good reviews.
We stopped and wondered if it was open as Sunday afternoon.
I had the party melt and she had the club sandwich.
Food was great, highly recommend giving them a try. Next time we will share something.

It was a quaint place to go in the afternoon .. on a Mother's day after a big hike .. It was just a fun location .. I like they respect the service members and that the service was good
