The 'bou crew at the Winona store outshine every other Caribou I've been to...and that's many! Great drinks and food options (dark hot chocolate is my go-to drink!) get me in the store, but the fantastic and friendly crew keep me coming back.

Gal took order and others got theirs b4 ours. The gal that took my order checked and asked me if I had gotten order. Informed her no. She got someone on it and got my drinks and 2 cards when I come in I'll get some off. Drinks were worth the wait. Thanks

I love Caribou Coffee and the Winona location has the kindest staff and fastest service with a smile. I always feel welcome and valued when i stop in and my coffee is always spot on.
They consistently get my order wrong. I always order a campfire and normally they give me different flavored drink but this time it was a black coffee. Getting pretty frustrated that they can't get it right.
