We ordered onion rings, flavor of the day, and another ice cream thing, and a Root beer. First they were out of root beer. Weird, not a deal breaker, but how is Culver's out of root beer? Then the onion rings that we were getting were going to be fresh as us waiting for our items took 12 min to get. Nope the rings were not fresh at all. They were obviously under a heat lamp. Then the flavor of the day was supposed to be with walnuts in it. I ask them to also but cashews in it. What we got was 2 walnuts and no cashews at all.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 small concrete mixers. Place didn’t seem busy either. I’d rather just go make it myself at that point. I’m not one to complain usually, but This experience was very disappointing

Ordered 2 basket meals, and got only 2 sandwiches. Worst freaking service ever. Said it was too and got it on a tray. Only items taken from tray and put in to go bag was 2 sandwiches. Neither one of us 2 will ever go back to the horrible service.p j

Very clean and bright restaurant. Greeted as soon as we entered. Person who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and fast. Even as busy as it became, when we were leaving we were told thank you and come again.

I love Culvers, i really do, but every time i stop in to this one, they get my order wrong, the food us Great, the people and servicecis Great, but somehow they seem to get my order wrong every time???

No sauce or NAPKINS in the kids' meal today was a big deal. If a kid expects dipping sauce, it's a major issue when it's missing. Sorry, but kids' meals & napkins should be a no-brainer. Didn't have any in the car but found a few tissues, thankfully

Absolutely LOVE their root beer but the rest of the food is subpar. The fish is not seasoned, the fish itself needs seasoning too not just the batter. The burgers are way salty. If they would get this balance in check they would be amazing.
