“This is a really nice restaurant, located right on the Mississippi River. The views are amazing. It's the only restaurant still in operation on the river in Winona. The handcrafted cocktails are delicious, the cheese curds are the best. They are cooked in an amazing tasting garlic oil.“
“I went here for the first time with my son-in-law to enjoy a couple of cups of coffee and a raspberry pastry. I must say the coffee was great, the service was great and that raspberry pastry was DELICIOUS! A second cup/refill was only a buck, and some change. But mostly, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Blooming Grounds. Low light on one side, brighter on the other. Cozy, quiet atmosphere.“
