35 min for a drive through sandwich….

Not sure why keep going back. Probably small town with little options. Month ago break was hard . Today ordered a salad wasn’t given a fork. How do you not provider a fork for a salad? When it’s on the go?! So trash my food went both times. These are just 2 of the issues with this subways.

Ok, seriously what is wrong with the workers at this location? Did i order crunchies? Yes. Did i order double meat? By accident, yes. But you know use some common sense. The person who made this sandwich is the type of person that would drive into a pond because the GPS told them to. This was not even possible to eat! First off something waaaay off with the bread. It was crumbly yet doughy so it would fall apart in huge chunks with the smallest bite. I figured put it was old bread that was also under cooked. The meat...thank you, I put it in a baghie and I have sandwich meat for at least three sandwiches, that's more than double. They put an insane amount of pickles and crunchies in there to the point I think they were trying to be funny (like evil laugh funny) I'd take some meat out, took out half the toppings but the bread was so impossible that didn't help. Finally I dumped the entire thing out, got a fork and ate it like a salad. Thank God my to go wasn't planned to be eaten on the go. I would have been mortified to eat that disaster in front of anyone.

Ordered pick up drove to the window. Gave the employee my name was told to come in and grab it. I asked why he couldn’t give it to me. He said he was busy. The sub was 10 feet from him.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserved one. I ordered through the Subway app. I chose to have it delivered to my house. On the app, it kept saying it was being prepped and that it would be delivered soon. An hour later, I call the restaurant and tell them my food was never delivered. They told me, myself or someone I knew had to come pick it up and bring it to me. It said absolutely nothing about that on the app, it said it was being delivered to me. Will not be ordering from here again.

Seen there were 2 subs for $14.99 on a popup while surfing the internet. So I went into subway and asked for the special. I was informed I had to order online to get the special. So, I finally got the app loaded and ordered. I then walked up to the counter to show them my paid order and to get my sandwiches. The person told me that these sandwiches were only made in the back. So I went and sat down. Now the main line is empty and the workers were just standing there. So I walked up to see about my sandwiches..the worker walked in the back and said they are coming soon. About another 5 -10 minutes they finally came out. What should have taken 3 minutes took almost 20. Not happy..

Waited for 5 minutes, said hello, even called the store and the employees didn’t take my order. Heard them laughing in the back as the phone rang… had to leave bc i only had 15 minutes for a lunch break. :( Aug 20 2024 9:45 am

Recently stopped accepting national coupons for 3 sandwiches for 19.99 and 2 sandwiches for 13.99. This is the franchise owners decision and I will make the decision not to go there anymore. I suggest you do the same till they bring back the coupons.

Don't bother ordering online, they will put your order to the back of the list while they serve others who walk in, even if you've been waiting there for 30 minutes. Staff does not care.

Employee with the pink braded hair needs to have her attitude checked. She made the product well but didn't represent customer service well. Including others working around her. Could certainly represent the brand better.
