The pizza is fine if not good. My low rating was for the dine in experience. There is some seating. However, you have no drink options that are not pay, including water. Would order take out only.
While Toppers is fairly expensive for a pizza joint, the quality is consistent. I especially love their Topperstix and the ability to customize their food. The staff are also consistently friendly and helpful if you have any questions regarding your order. If you feel like treating yourself, I would encourage you to order from them occasionally - budget willing, of course!
