Who would have thought that Winona was a foodie city? We recently had a chance for a short trip to Winona from the Twin Cities and were thrilled to discover some great eateries in Winona. I dined at Nosh a couple of weeks ago while visiting old friends from my WSU days. All I can say is - wow! The restaurant scene in Winona has improved dramatically since my last visit four years ago. The menu at Nosh has a lot of variety and as a pescatarian who also needs to eat low carb, I had no trouble finding good options.
