Unbelievably poor customer service. The owner’s wife is a nasty woman. No samples. Ordered a pizza and after an hour’s wait was told they never made it. Instead of comping it and making it asap, she told me I shouldn’t ask for free pizza. I didn’t want free pizza… I wanted the pizza I ordered an hour ago.

We had our kids party here this weekend and the staff was incredible - especially Deb and Josh! Fantastic Service! Extremely helpful! We love 3rd Act!!
Yes for the beer and staff.
No for the under 10 crowd that frequents the place after dinner. I'm unsure why parents think it's fine bringing small, noisy kids to a bar is acceptable.
There are too many little kids here. Maybe have the place be kid free past 7pm?
