I used to love going here. The no phones and no texting is what drew me there. The recent change to ordering using QR phones means people are taking out their phones constantly during the movie. It’s baffling that Sony chose to move in this direction.
I’ve been trying to resubscribe to the season pass for what may be over a year now, and haven’t heard back until now. They seem to use a slow, out of date system that forces supporters of the Alamo to waste money unnecessarily - and it’s a shame that movie lovers, under the auspice of supporting a theater that is also dedicated to the art of cinema, would be so misused by the very theater they’ve chosen to support. Me and the kids went there last week to see a movie and I order food for everybody. They brought out everybody food,but mines my daughter pizza was burnt I brought it to their attention and all they did was say sorry did not try to bring me my food. I asked for a manager , they never came. They told me that the manager was cleaning out of theater and I waited 30 minutes and no one still came. I will never go there again, they are rude and they customer service is horrible .
