Starbucks in Woodbury

“When I enter Starbucks , they couldn't take my order in the front. Due to staff shortages. I totally understand that we have current issues regarding shortages. While I was waiting for my order. The staff began to take orders up front again.“

“I came early in the morning today and all of the staff were so kind! I was worried because I ordered a green tea latte which a lot of Starbucks locations mess up but even during the rush they did it perfectly and it tasted exceptional! No complaints at all!“

“The barista named Heidi at this location is a joy and a legend. Her warm energy is contagious and I always leave interactions with her feeling happy and positive. Today she made me the most delicious Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso i've ever had. I love this Target and this Starbucks already but Heidi is the GOAT and really makes the place special.“

“I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience.
To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right.
I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service. I see a few mixed reviews about “staff being rude or disrespectful”, and that could not be further from the truth. Staff here is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.

“We ordered ahead and our drinks were ready on time and were made to the quality Starbucks standard. It's conveniently located in a grocery store, which many of those locations don't have seating, but this one had abundant seating including a second level and bathroom access. It was the perfect place to warm up and dry out after a soccer game in the rain.

Parking: Basic parking lot. It wasn't difficult finding a parking spot. It's in a grocery store, so there were plenty of options

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly location. They had booster seats and high chairs available as well

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible parking available. No steps to get into the building. If you wanted to go to the second level and bathroom, there was an elevator.“
