I’ve been to several of the Twin Cities locations and it seems like they’re always short on something, or their machines aren’t working. Calling ahead doesn’t help either most of the time no one answers, and some stores don’t even have a phone at all. I got a ube snow tea with strawberry jelly and lychee popping bubbles… the lychee popping bubbles were sour and not edible. I was waiting for over 15 minutes and when I got my waffle, I let the staff know. They offered to make me a new one but I’ll pass on it. The waffle was good but the wait was not worth it.
Everything I've tried here is DELICIOUS. Staff's always friendly & helpful. Pick up orders are quick (just go inside at assigned pickup time). Masks are only recommended now- not required.
