“We had a group of 15 in this afternoon and they did an excellent job with service and timing! They were super accommodating and orders ranged from apps, pizza, pasta, burgers, wraps and everything came out at the same time AND HOT, (you don't get that everywhere) great job crew! Our server was great and made sure we were all taken care of including drinks and special requests. Of our group 5 were kids 13-1.5 yrs and they were entertained as we were seated near the game section. Thanks to ZBG crew for a great experience!“

“Ok so, wife and I discovered this very nice place by luck. Just out for a fall ride. Ordered the wild rice/cranberry turkey club, walleye bites, bluegill basket, and a 12" homemade Ruben pizza. I'll say this, food was AMAZING! I haven't had bluegill since I left WI in 2011. Soooo good. Cranberry and wildrice? I'm all over that for sure! Walleye bite were wonderful and tender. Pizza was very good also. Do I have at least one complaint? Yes. If anything, I would say each item except the walleye was a just a bit over on the cooking. But that's just my preference. I like my toast barely brown, my fish only tan on the cook, and the pizza could've been taken out a minute earlier. Nevertheless, food was outstanding and we're definitely coming back. Oh! And they have a super cool little bar outside too!! Super good, super friendly, super fun place. Loved it!“

“Had a wonderful time with the family, played games, bowled and ate. Myb only problem was the group next to us had no idea what bowling etiquette is and was rude in that department. Not a reflection on the business at all would happily return and definitely recommend“

“I've been to more American Legions and VFW'S than most, and I can HONESTLY say the VFW in Princeton, MN has the atmosphere / environment of Cheers....There is a tall blonde bartender there that can put a smile on your face on your worst of days....She TRULY has a gift for making customers want to come back....

If you're looking for a STIFFD DRINK and to get the most bang for your buck, the PRINCETON VFW is bar none / hands down the place for you ..

“We have lived in the area for several years and this bar/grill has escaped us for some time. The service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was a Midwest bar and grill with outdoor seating available. I had the steak and eggs. It was good! My son had a burger that was so good, we are going back today for more. They have daily food and drink specials, too. We thought the prices are reasonable and the portions to be on the larger side. We will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends/family. What a hidden gem!“
