“I went into iron Mule Sunday night Oct 26 at 7:25pm. They close at 8. I was rushed to order as never being there before I wanted time to look at menu. After spending 20 bucks on a meal I was rushed to order because said waitress stated to another coworker that she would be in her car at 8:15 to roll out and head home. If you advertise you close at 8. You should not rush anyone coming in a half hour before close. I worked at many restaurants over the years and if you close at 8 then the kitchen closes at 8. Do not make people feel bad because they had to come in at 7:25-7:30 to order. Good thing I was done eating and out the door by 7:50. First time there and the food was delicious. I will probably give it a second chance but I was definitely feeling a disappointment in making someone else miserable because I came in 30 minutes before closing. Maybe you should not do the closing shift if you feel you need to be out 15 minutes after closing. Mind you I was swept around and mopped around while trying to eat the meal I was rushed to eat. I politely asked for a box and left. When she asked what I wanted to order and I told her I had never been there and I needed a few minutes to look at menu. She conveniently left and walked back out, I swear 30 seconds later and asked if I was ready to order. I literally read two items on the menu. I just picked something and called it a day. My food was out in five minutes. Quick service for sure but the fact I didn’t get to enjoy it left me angry after I left. Do better. Good thing the food was great and hot!“
