“I came in on a very hectic day with my daughter and newborn baby and everything was going sideways trying to juggle all the gear needed with a newborn.The kindness, grace, enthusiasm, and overall level of service showed by the whole team exceeded my expectations in every way. It was definitely a bright spot on an otherwise frustrating day, and confirmed why I enjoy coming in to 360 Nutrition for shakes regularly. Would definitely reccomend!“

“We were driving through town at lunch time and needed something better than road food. I have to eat gluten free and this place was perfect! We both ordered a small, which was huge. We both had the super greens, salmon, and various veggies. The salmon was a little over cooked, but this isn't a gourmet restaurant so it was forgivable. I can't eat a lot of sauces because of my diet restrictions, the bowl was actually really good without sauce, that's extra bonus points in my book! It was a bit pricey, but we both felt great after eating here, so that's worth it to us.“

It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“
