“I got the BBQ beef with potatoes and carrots, and everything was great! I will definitely be back. The meals are affordable, delicious, and perfect for someone like me who is always on the go. As a full-time nursing student, I was looking for a healthy and convenient option, and Fit-Flavors definitely exceeded my expectations. Kim and Mason were also super friendly, welcoming, and made my first experience even better. Highly recommend!“

“I had an amazing experience with J+B Wellness Company! From the moment I connected with them, their professionalism and genuine care for their clients really stood out. The team is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals. Everything feels personalized, not one-size-fits-all, which makes a huge difference.“

“First time visiting today and I loved everything about it. Very knowledgeable staff that were happy to help. I bought 2 meals to go and ordered from the cafe. Cafe choice was super yummy and the chicken dish I bought for dinner was tasty and filling. Great option for busy people trying to stay on track with their nutrition goals.“

“As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“
