“My family loves this place and we order from here often. I’m from FL and miss the fresh smoothie bowls so this spot really fills that void with their amazing fresh food! Recently we ordered through Uber Eats to be delivered and the driver forgot one of our items. I called to let the restaurant know and was curious how to proceed since it was through a third party app. The owner answered and didn’t hesitate to drive us our missing food! We were blown away by the incredible service and will continue to spread the word about this awesome spot!“

“I have used a few different meal services. Fit-Flavors is SO much better. My kitchen is clean. My husband and teenagers are happy. I make dinner appear in under two minutes. Also- it's good for us…. Enough said. It is worth every penny!“
