“Service was very good, food was a little slow and they told me that the soup I ordered after my first bowl was being made, I ended up having to switch my order as they took forever. The restaurant was clean and staff was plenty nice, but the rooms felt open and bare like they're still stuck in 2020 with COVID restrictions.“

This girl we encountered at checkout and taking of the order,never needs to be in this line of work!! If you were my employee,and I saw her acting like she did,she'd be gone!! “This is a very busy Panera so it can take awhile to get an order sometimes but this is one location that has never made a mistake and I've never been unhappy with the quality, unlike some other locations in the area. I hope they keep this one AS IS with the fireplace because that's what makes BreadCo special .“

“This location is very clean and has a wonderful staff. I also want to shout out Zarion, who went out of his way to remake my coffee. He is awesome! I also had accidentally left my purse when I left, and they held it for me in the safe! I am just thankful for their thoughtful and considerate customer service. I really appreciate them so much and will be back regularly!“

“I’m a regular at this location! I get a coffee every day (sometimes twice a day 🥴) I love the staff at this location! It feels like visiting friends! Super friendly! So sweet to my kiddos who love to say hi to everyone working! ❤️“
