I ordered online and had delivered, the door dash person stole my 1/2 dozen of bagels. When I called the location they did everything right! The guy I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and nice I don't remember how to spell his name but it started with a N. When I got the location hours later they had my bagels sitting to the side and the gentleman that helped me was just as nice! Keep up the great customer service! I placed a delivery order through the Panera app and received a partial wrong order. I called up to the store at 1:25pm on Tuesday January 23rd and spoke with a very polite gentleman. I cannot remember his name. he went absolutely above and beyond and called another door dasher to bring me the items I was missing in my order.
