Everytime we go through the drive-thru, around 5-6pm, there is this guy at the window, looks and acts like he could not give a sh_t about anything or anybody, very sour attitude, a true idiot!! We hope every "next visit" he will not be there, but there he is with his sh-t attitude!! Guess no one wants to take his place, no one needs any jobs!! I don't think that is the case!!!!!
Jerry, James, and Jessica do a fantastic job. The world puts me down. I come to the South County Wendy's and leave feeling like I am royalty. Always enjoy eating here. Good food. And a great staff.
I did get there at the start of lunch but it took 25min to get a single burger and cheese. I had to park and wait while others drove away.
& then the food was gross and I threw it away. $10 & 25min of nonsense. & the chick at the window was leaning out, way in ur face, , it was all uncomfortable & food no good. 👎

Wendy's is a nicely remodeled location with a modern interior. The staff has been praised for their friendly service, and the manager has demonstrated excellent customer service by promptly refunding a customer's money and providing the food for free when a customer's order was stolen by a delivery driver.
The Cobb salad has been described as better than many places, and the food is generally hot and fast. Handicapped parking and restrooms are available, and the seating area provides warmth, even on bitterly cold days.
However, some customers have noted that the tables were dirty, and it took too long to get a simple order of chili. Additionally, a worker was observed not following proper hygiene practices, which was addressed by the manager.
Overall, Wendy's provides a typical fast-food experience, with some positive and negative aspects, but the manager has shown a commitment to making things right for customers.
