This is a nicely remodeled location. It is modern on the inside. The only complaints are the tables were dirty and it took way too long to get a simple order of chili.

Ordered a large chili and a baconator meal. Was only given the chili. Staff barely communicated with me. It wasnt even busy just a couple cars in the drive thru. This is ridiculous.

After asking for a small order of chicken nuggets I was told they don’t have that size just 4 9 and 15. When I responded with I’ll take the small order of 4 I was met with attitude from the young lady on the drive through. After paying for order I was not told to have a nice day or thank just got the drive through window shut in my face. After getting home I realized they forgot the chili I had order. Which I thought was as for sure in the bag since my seat was covered in it from it being all over the bottom of the bag. Nope they just must have set my bag in the bowl they forgot to give me before tossing me my bags.

Wendy's is my daughter's favorite and there are not too many around so have tried going to this one. It's so dirty. The soda machine is gross, the floors are sticky. When I go into drive thru the girls taking the orders are very rude. They hate their job and it shows. I have encountered one young girl who was nice and one person that I am assuming is a manager running circles around everyone. It honestly starts at management and if they are not enforcing certain behaviors then the staff will do what they want. It's a shame.
