If you are a beverage club member, send them a message and cancel you membership. App down today, their site is down as well, which they are aware of, their instore kiosk is down... I'm on lunch break and tell them I have three minutes, and if I can just get a cup for sip club members. "Sorry sir, you have to put in your number"... In a non working kiosk. Or stand in a huge line. Panera simply does not give a dang about their customers not their employees, which explains the service. Avoid all paneras.

I rarely write reviews. I have always enjoyed Panera food and coffee and the comfortable atmosphere. The South County location that used to be over behind South County Mall had great service. The atmosphere was comfortable. You could sit by yourself or at a bigger table. This location was closed and is now on South Lindbergh right near highway 55. The inside of the new location is super bright. Too much light. Most tables are jammed next to each other. It feels like there is much less space. Another review called it "factory" style. The original location as well as the Arnold and Affton locations are comfortable and inviting. I still go to Panera but not at this new location. The ambiance of the other Panera locations is missing here. Whoever designed this location missed the mark. Maybe don't change a good thing.

Let just get straight to the point, this is no Starbucks. Their coffee isn't bitter, the food doesn't suck, people are friendly, and they don't nickel and dime you to death for a cup of coffee that now costs you $18.43 and is nothing but sugar and cream - that's going straight to your hips.

Don’t order a bread bowl of soup to go from here. They’ll give you a loaf of bread and a small cup of soup for $10. I called because I thought there was a mistake, and they basically told “too bad, that’s our portion size.”

I asked for no cilantro on my sandwich, and was going eat it later at work when I had a chance to eat, but there was cilantro on it. Called and spoke to someone who stated, “so what? You want a refund?” Never even apologized. I’d rather have an apology than a refund honestly, but it appears she doesn’t even care they messed up my order.

I ordered online and had delivered, the door dash person stole my 1/2 dozen of bagels. When I called the location they did everything right! The guy I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and nice I don't remember how to spell his name but it started with a N. When I got the location hours later they had my bagels sitting to the side and the gentleman that helped me was just as nice! Keep up the great customer service! I'll be back on the fact that you all were great people! Thank you!

I placed a delivery order through the Panera app and received a partial wrong order. I called up to the store at 1:25pm on Tuesday January 23rd and spoke with a very polite gentleman. I cannot remember his name. he went absolutely above and beyond and called another door dasher to bring me the items I was missing in my order. He was extremely nice and apologetic this is by far the best customer service I have ever received at any restaurant/fast food place and the guy I spoke to deserves a raise for sure!! I got the items I ordered and I’m so pleased with how nice they were and how they made the situation right! Everybody should remember that mistakes happen and to be polite nobody purposefully gets things wrong. working with the public is stressful and exhausting being nice when addressing a issue is the best way to go about it ;)

Went in to order and all the employees decided to go back in the kitchen. The lady, who was taking orders, looked at me like she was bothered by people wanting to order and she just walked away. I waited a couple of minutes and nobody seemed interested in taking my order. So I left. Food may have been good but I couldn't get any.
