I hate to put this in a review but it is a problem. Older girl works there and has a horrible very long blonde wig. She never pulls it back or up and I saw her deliver some ribs to a customer and the hair was on the tray. Honestly if she's there I just want to leave. I feel bad because she may have been sick the reason for the wig but it is not a good looking one.and honestly looks very rough as time goes on. We had a beautiful wedding for 80 at The Venue at Stockton Lake, and Hog Tide Bar-B-Que catered the event. We chose them simply by googling bar-b-que places in the area and loved the food when we met with them for a consultation. They showed up right on time to the wedding, and they were all so friendly and professional. The food was attractively displayed and was hot and delicious! Been eating there at least once a week been real good except for last two time a Ask for extra meat and cheese sause and bbq sauce was charge for the extra but didn't get it that has happen last two time been in what can we do to make sure this happens next time
