This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant and the food is always very good. This was the first time at this restaurant that the waiter automatically charged an 18% tip to our bill without our knowledge. The hand held machine that the server used bypassed the tip and went immediately to the paid bill. We explained to him prior to the transaction that we were going to pay a cash tip. We have been here 5 times now and the food has been great. The waiter and the waitress not so great. Rude, slow and abrupt! WHY were we chastised for going to the bar for a glass of wine during happy hour? Oh because we are not allowed to do that! So you can either dine in and pay full price for a glass of wine at your table OR you can skip dinner and sit at the bar and have your happy hour price.....ridiculous
My favorite Italian place is close by where I live. Great food great service. I think the price is very reasonable for what you get for this is one of my top Italian choices in my area. Usually set the bar if I'm by myself on a date I go to the patio behind the place which most people don't know they have it's awesome.
