Great customer service. The delivery driver accidentally dropped off the wrong pizza, but the associate who answered when we called was super friendly and apologetic. She offered to either refund the order or to send the correct pizza, which arrived super quickly and piping hot. Mistakes happen. What's Important is how the company handles them when they do!
Could not find option to see order status either online or mobile app. Did not receive text msg on order status even though cell phone provided. Could not curbside pickup as no instructions provided on what to do once arriving at store location.
