This is my last time coming to this location period I will drive out of my way to go to Town & Country or the other one on Manchester road. to pay almost $8 for a drink and it too not even be correct or it looks correct and it tastes awful is not okay.

Nothing personal against the baristas, they’re lovely people. But my last six orders, in a row, in this past month alone were all messed up: 3 were mobile pick up orders of the same hot drink and when I finally received them, they’d be cold, as in iced. The first time I just took it but the next two times I waited longer to get the right thing. (And I did receive some attitude for just not taking what I was given. Sorry, I want the hot one, it’s what I like.) Then the fourth order I placed for the same thing, only this time I used a drive thru pick up. It was made cold AGAIN. This is not a special order, it’s the apple crisp macchiato and it clearly is the hot selection. The fifth time I ordered something in the app, it was a coffee with a couple pumps of syrup. I waited an extra 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready before I got it. And then I finally gave up on using the app and ordered the macchiato at the drive thru—-was handed someone else’s drink, went inside to get mine, was handed “mine”, and upon leaving the store and tasting it, found out it to be a plain latte, not the Apple drink.I’m paying money for the wrong thing every time I go here and I think after 6 times, I just need to stop.

So.... I get that it's Labor Day but when your lights are on, your drive thru is lit up and there's no sign on your day that gives alternate hours of course people expect that the business would still be open, right? Other people who pulled into this drive thru also thought the same thing. So when I pulled in all I get is, "sorry, we're closed" and a bunch of people in the background just cracking up. I felt like the employees were making a joke out of the fact that I mistakenly thought they were open.

Actual staff is great, there is a certain manager she’s a short woman with dark hair and an accent she always has an attitude if you order something she thinks is complicated. One time she wanted me to like throw employees under the bus because they gave me something I asked for and she didn’t want to do it for me. and whoever does the ordering really misses the mark. This Starbucks is literally always out of something. And I don’t want to hear blaming of covid when the Starbucks down manchester never has the same problem.

i love starbucks but this location is awful! i can never count on this location to be consistent. my drinks always taste different. i have mobile ordered here several times and have always waited 15-20 minutes for them to even make my drink. they only care about the drive thru customers. the last time i was there the store was packed with customers inside all waiting for their drinks while the workers continue to only make drinks for drive thru customers. i avoid this location at all costs which sucks because it’s the closest location to my house! id recommend the town & country location!Parking: hard location to get in and out of

Spend almost $40 here for breakfast, then ask for venti cup of water and got denied. Never happened in any Starbucks before. Her name is Lynn I guess. Very ruth and racist.
