The manager of the store in Ballwin Mo (Ries Rd and Manchester) is extremely rude and has no concept of customer service. Angel is no angel. Does Starbucks offer anger management training for ill-suited workers who don’t know how to address the public or properly manage staff?

I just want to say THANK YOU to the Wednesday afternoon crew - my son John (who has autism) comes in with Diane (his caregiver) every Wednesday after working at Lafayette Industries sheltered workshop, and the crew are always so amazing with him. Yesterday was his 23rd birthday, and the crew really made him feel special, getting him a birthday cake pop and his favorite drink! This is ‘our’ Starbucks for a reason, and we are SO thankful for every team member here�.
