How are you going to tell me ive been waiting 10 minutes for fresh fries and then all my food is cold when it finally comes out? Like come on guys.
I placed my order through the app and picked it up at the counter. The employee handed me my drink, so I asked for a straw. Instead of simply handing me one, he annoyingly pointed toward the drink station, told me I could get one there, and walked away before I could even respond.

The gentleman taking orders in the drive thru was awesome. Kind nice and very helpful
