“We have used Domino’s Pizza many times here at Victory Church in Nixa and they have always done an exceptional job of giving us our correct order in a timely manner.

Tonight I wanted to give a special shout out to our delivery driver Eric. Eric carries himself with a fun charismatic swag. He’s very good at his job and and great representative for the dominoes brand. Our food got here faster than we expected it and the team at Domino’s did a great job preparing the food. “This sounds petty I know but it was the principal of it. I ordered delivery and it came in a timely manner and was hot and delicious, but I paid cash and when I paid the driver left without offering my change. When I called customer service and made them aware the GM called me to understand the issue better. He even sent me vouchers for free pizza! I was gonna tip the guy anyway so it wasn’t about the money, it was just the principle of the matter and I wasn’t even looking for free food, all I was looking for was a learning experience for that driver. “The big thing for me and pizza is a quality crust. Don’t get me wrong all the others are important but what I find is where most pizza places with low quality and under expectations customer service, have poor crust. It takes the most effort and time to make. Tend to be the product left past its prime for proofing, if people don’t care about what they are doing. This Papa Murphy’s has good crust and we are always happy riding here, trusting in a quality product.“

“This is a very real review. I called an hour before they closed and explained to the manager that I have basically the whole town at my house. We have experienced a horrible tragedy and I just need to feed these people. Can you please help me out here. The manager stopped what she was doing and took my order herself.
